Brokerage commission
Paid by the retailer you choose and included in its price: cents per kWh or GJ, a trailing percentage, or a fixed amount per site.
Fixed consultancy fee
Paid by you, and agreed in writing before any work starts.
- Disclosed in writing before you commit.
- Your contract is always directly with the retailer.
- The letter of authority is non-exclusive; withdraw it any time.
