How it works

Three steps from bill to better contract

  1. 1

    Send a recent bill

Upload it from your phone or desk, and sign the letter of authority on screen.

  2. 2

    We go to market

MWC takes your requirements to an established retailer panel and compares the offers.

  3. 3

    You choose

You pick the offer. The contract is directly between you and the retailer.

Common questions

Before you sign anything

  • Does signing the letter of authority lock me in?

No. It lets MWC request your energy data and pricing. It doesn't let MWC sign, change or end any contract for you, and you can give it to more than one party.

  • How long does it last?

Three years, or the term of any contract you sign through MWC if that's longer. You can withdraw it in writing at any time.

  • Who is my energy contract with?

Directly with the retailer you choose.

  • Does the bill review cost anything?

No. The review is free. How MWC is paid if you go ahead is set out above.
